Me Pierre Charpié has been committed to participate in the development of the Leman Lake area (Geneva Lake is just part of the Leman Lake...), on professional, personal and private levels. He was the writer of the first contracts of transfer of technology and know-how of a now World known hotel chain. He wrote the very first State of Vaud public medical research contract financed by a private institution. He is one of the very first individuals who invested in the Y-Parc in Yverdon. He helped in the creation of incubators, start-up, and has invested time in the personal assistance and advice to young entrepreneurs. He chaired the first exhibition of robotics in Lausanne and performs public functions. He is involved in local community life, because he thinks it's the best way to be open to the world and to begin to help individuals and corporations on an international level. Knowing where one is coming from is the way to be open mind and to begin to be "on the service of others" and help the disadvantaged people.
